Adhesive Metal on a Roll try
aluminum tape. Thicker than aluminum foil, it comes on a
roll (like tape), is 2" wide and (the best part) it has a
peel off adhesive backing. Things you can make with it:
metal tags to emboss, punch out punchs, metal "corners" for
pictures, metal "screws" by using a normal round hole punch,
and my fingernail to make the groove.
metal flashing purchased at a
home improvement store is thin enough that I could run it
through my sizzix. You now make your own metal letters, and
shape charms. iT is hard at first but try and you will get
it right.
Take a silver tab from a soda
can and clean it. Using a small craft hammer, tap down any
sharp spots. Take a bit of sandpaper to it and lightly rough
up the surface. Leave them silver or paint them you can also
coat the tab with embossing ink, then dip into embossing
powder. Heat with a heat gun, repeating two times or three
times with regular powder. Let them cool and thread a ribbon
through the holes.
